Temp-To-Perm - We understand your needs may fluctuate and offer a Temp-to-Perm option, which allows you to hire an Allied Health temporary employee that you have utilized through Dependable Staffing without a fee after they have completed a certain number of hours.
Direct Hire - Our direct hire service matches the right employee with your Allied Health opening the first time. This option is a direct fee for an immediate permanent placement of the employee with no required hours worked through Dependable Staffing.
Payroll Service - If you find the perfect candidate on our own but have a hiring freeze, budget constraint or HR processing delay, we have the solution with our Payroll Service. We will fully process the applicant with our standard screening process and staff them with your facility at a reduced rate until you can process them.
